Indian home cooking is nothing at all like the food served in most Indian restaurants. It’s vastly superior in terms of flavour, health and quality of ingredients. As with McDonald’s, every so often you might feel the need to get down and dirty, but let’s assume that today isn’t a self-esteem-failure day, and see if we can rustle up a moderately healthy and seriously tasty keema saag.
